bobblehead1Situation: The Association Forum of Chicagoland is the “associations of associations” in Chicago. With more than 3,000 members representing 47,000+ association professionals, its mission is to advance the professional practice of association management. Faced with slowing membership growth the Forum needed a new method for recruiting association professionals.

Project Overview: Sheri Jacobs developed a word-of-mouth marketing campaign including custom bobbleheads, a buzz marketing kit and other marketing collateral focused on recruitment and retention.

Outcome: The campaign resulted in a 34% increase in overall membership and a campaign with a long shelf life.
